This ministry was established in the memory and spirit of Gracie Faulkenberry, who for years touched our lived at SUMC with her Birthday Card Ministry. Anyone who received a card from Gracie remembers her special touch for making you feel loved.

In this day of computer generated emails and text messages, it is exciting to receive a personal card, and one that is hand-made with love, in the mail. Gracie's Heart Card Ministry give God the glory as we prepare these scripture-filled cards for people in need of a heart-felt message of love from SUMC. All cards contain a scripture verse and are prayed over by our volunteers and are made with Christian love.
